The Shuttle option provides extensive private hospital cover for both planned procedures and emergencies, as well as comprehensive day-to-day benefits including medicine, dentistry, optometry and doctor visits. All benefits are accessed through the Suremed Shuttle app and make use of the Prime Cure Network, one of the largest healthcare networks in South Africa.
Prime Cure is the managed healthcare provider for the Suremed Shuttle option only whereas Momentum TYB is the administrator and manages all other Suremed Health options.
Where to submit your claim
To improve the Suremed Shuttle claims experience, please ensure claims are submitted electronically via your treating healthcare provider to Prime Cure and not Momentum TYB. Claims submitted to Momentum TYB will result in rejections. Please also consider submitting all claims electronically, as paper claims do take longer to process.
